Ah, Pure Michigan. Not only do I love the state itself, but there’s so much good beer coming out of the Mitten State. Enter Greenbush Brewing, the brewery you didn’t even know you needed to visit.

Lots of people stop here in during their beer pilgrimage from Chicago to Grand Rapids. They’re putting out some solid IPA’s, like their Starchicken Shot Gun. They’re also putting out some more unique and interesting beer, like a black IPA called Demens’ Black IPA, with a full BBQ menu to boot.

I definitely recommend making the quick stop here on your road trip between IL and MI. Not only is Greenbush located on the most quaint AF street you’ve ever strolled, but across the street from the brewery itself is a to-go shop with merch.
