Things We Don't Say IPA: Craft Beer for Mental Health
Hope for the Day (HFTD) is a non-profit working to empower the conversation around mental health and suicide. And they’ve partnered with a number of local beer brands to brew Things We Don’t Say IPA - and invite breweries across the globe to do the same. Over 150 breweries worldwide have joined the movement.
The hope is to help shake the stigma during mental health month (May) —and beyond. A portion of the proceeds will go towards education to start ongoing conversations about all the things we simply don’t say.
I’m honored to help shed light on a cause that means a lot to me and affects so many people. I’m an advocate for mental health, therapy & sharing things I’ve learned over many years in a therapist’s chair. But not everyone has been so privileged.
Let’s start - and continue - the conversation about the things we don’t say.
